Supporting the refugees from Ukrainian Crisis
Together for Ukraine trip 2
We are currently working with other evangelical churches in Romania to provide aid directly into churches in Ukraine that have opened their doors to refugees.
Above are some short video updates and right are pictures of some of the supplies
Danny and Sarah have direct contact with churches and missionaries from OMS in East Ukraine about 1 – 3 hours the other side of the border. Danny has offered the minibus they have and himself as a driver to take supplies in and bring people out.
Currently they have been putting together first aid supplies for families which are a priority.
In addition to the food being donated locally they are continuing to develop more fist aid kits and are currently working with local pharmacies and doctors in putting together urgently needed supplies of insulin, asthma inhalers and antibiotics. Many Ukrainian’s left with limited or no supplies of medicines.
They are also trying to source mattresses for the churches in Ukraine that have opened their doors for refugees in Ukraine
